question:

Is there a misunderstanding?
The original message by Ch. Yang asked for Laser-Ultrasonic NDT, i.e. for nondestructive testing techniques which use Laser induced ultrasound or detect ultrasonic vibrations by Laser light.

Ultrasonic testing of a Laser weld (after welding) is quite a different thing.

Kind regards
