We are using acoustical holography in our devices.
The first such device is our fingerprint reader, that is probably the only working ultrasonic holographic camera of this kind (see please the following paper: http://www.optel.com.pl/article/english/article.htm).
Today we are working on the device, that should allow the visualisation of 3D objects. The results are very good with biological objects, but it is also possible to use this technique in NDT.
