looking for ndt for lead/no-toxic metal products

I am from ITRI, International Tin Research Institute. We are working on many non-toxic products made of tin or tin alloys as replacements for lead e.g. solders, pewters, bullets..
We have an immediate requirement for any ndt equipment that can, or can be developed to, distinguish between essentially pure lead and pure tin. The application is for the test of shot material in a shotgun cartridge and to establish whether the shot contains 'toxic' lead or other 'non-toxic' metals.
The test unit should be portable.
