Hi,
Someone had asked about calculating the vibration modes of a cylinder.
Maybe this can be found in the following article
"Transient and Steady State Vibration Testing for Structural Anomalies" by Scott R Short. published in Materials Evaluation January 1999, pages 65 to 68.
