Low Profile Crawler

I am looking for manufacturers of "Low Profile", "Light Weight" tube/pipe crawlers. The crawler will be outfitted with our own hardware (between 2-3 pounds of weight)and must be capable of climbing vertically up to 55' (17 Meters) at speeds up to 3'-6' (1-2 Meters)per second. Tube/Pipe diameter OD range is 3" - 10" (76mm - 254mm).
