Help: ultrasonic measurement hardware wanted

I´m looking for a ultrasonic measurement hardware with signal emission and detection in range of 0.5 to 2(4)MHz. The system should be able to deliver as output the ratio of emission intensity and the detected intensity. If that is not possible the absolute values of theses two values should be available.
Also the ultrasound velocity is interesting.
Who is able to deliver such a system? I´m deeply geartful for any help!
