Search ultrasonic modelling software for NDT

Hello,

I'm a futur engineer.
For a study I'm looking for sofwares which could simulate the propagation of ultrasonics waves into a simple structure (plates or pipes) made with an elastic or viscoelastic material.
The structure has to be coupled with fluids.

At first sight, I thought at Femlab, Wave2000 or Disperse. Am I true ?
Where should I found more informations on the way they simulate the fluid-solid coupling ?

Do you know other sofwares that could simulate that case ?
