Rounded indications as per Article 4 ASME VIII

Could you please clarify my doubts on the charts in Article 4 of ASME VIII fig 4.3,4.4,4.5
Does it mean that if a radiograph of 6 inch long weld has as many or less nos and sizes depicted in the charts the weld is acceptable.
What is the judgement to consider rounded indications as random or cluster.
Needs further clarification.
