Structural fire damage

This is a large building made of welded structural steel, and suffer fire damage. I would like to have any advice on how to inspect the structural members of steel. Would it be possible to know, if using the rebound hardness test in the structural members, that the members are no longer useful? Any andvice will be greatful appreciated. Thank you.
