Look, if you starts with phased array please have in mind that on the medical sector they have a lot of experiance with these kind of equipment.

Everything what we have in our ( little ) NDT world worked since years on the medical sector...you need examples : CT , digital radiogphy, phased array and ..

All these new methods or test techniques coming bow on the market are surely not a " new " discovered by companies as GE or Olympus.

If you are looking for really innovative phased array technique take a close look to the medical market and or also looking in countries as Korea,Taiwan,US or Netherland.

There a a lot of sources coming up or getting bigger; - so invest some time in google and you will find a lot of manufacturer !
