Forum General Discussions International Testing Facilities Posted by: Ed T. , E-mail: Address, on April 14, 2008 at 17:40 : Does anyone know if AWS or CSWIP permit international test facilities to give the welding inspector tests in languages other than English or do they permit the use of translators? I have found welding inspectors with certifications that cannot speak a word of English and cannot produce the correct WPS for a specific job. Nothing agains people who donot speak English. I just cant figure out how they can work on a project when all of the documents are in English. We are running into serious quality issues as a result. Anyone else experiencing this?
