But in a nutshell, PCN stands for Personal Cerification in NDT, it is a Europeen Certification and is recognised world wide. The draw back with the TC-1A is that if you loose your employment, you also loose your Certification. I believe that any Certification program that is recognised by a National body is a good one. It really depend on where you want to work and what you want to do with your life.
