I don't know about other countries, but in Canada they have equal pay, so they should do equal work. On the other hand, I've also worked with some guys who were just starting in the trade yet they consider thickness reading to be beneat them. Myself, I don't care if they are man or woman as long as the job get done and they carry their load.
