All and all, it's the same old thing = Prejudice. I guess it's a little more prevalent against women, because of the label we have put on women and more so in certain cultures. Personally, I've worked with many women and my attitude towards them is that they be like one of the boys. I don't mean by this wiping your nose on your sleeve and spitting, but to do the same work as we do. I don't know about other countries, but in Canada they have equal pay, so they should do equal work. On the other hand, I've also worked with some guys who were just starting in the trade yet they consider thickness reading to be beneat them. Myself, I don't care if they are man or woman as long as the job get done and they carry their load.
