Performing Quality related works, Planning and Inspection of the project works. Rendering Level II services, preparation and approval of Quality Assurance Plans, NDT and welding procedures, Project specification, Calibrations for Heat Treatment, Laboratory equipment and measuring instruments( pressure gauges) for hydro testing purpose,checking welding
Machines, percentage wise NDT offering, interpretation and repairs attending. Monitoring and control of documentation. Training & guidance for safety, NDT, to the staff periodically. Handling of different destructive test equipment like Universal Tensile Testing Machine, different Hardness testing (Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell etc.). Macro etch test for flaw detection in weldment. Chemical analysis of steel by volumetric method. Co-ordination with third party inspection agencies like IBR, UHDE (I)LTD, TOYO ENGINEERING etc. All quality control documentation.
