Seeking sales representatives or licensees for acoustic material testing

RTE Akustik + Prueftechnik in Germany is technology leader in acoustic material testing on basis of resonant sound analysis.
Acoustic resonance testing - applied to industrial needs - is an upcoming non-destructive technique for a fast and cost effective 100 % testing of a wide range of specimens. A part is tested by tapping it automatically with a hammer or something similar and analyzing the resonances with a microphone or a laser vibrometer. This volume oriented method relies on the comparison with previously learned patterns and bears a lot of potential because it is cost-effective, allows easy 100 % testing within seconds and is sensitive.
Resonance analysis is used for: crack testing, nodularity, diversity of hardness, natural frequency measurement, stress analysis (control and visualization of changes), diversity of density and so on.
RTE has much experience with applications of this method in foundries, forges, sinter industry and other application areas. Some of them are published on our home page www.rte-acoustics.com (menu info centre). There you also find a description of the powerful test system SR20AT (menu products).
To intensify the worldwide distribution RTE is seeking for professional and skilled sales representatives or licensees in various countries. Experience in selling similar NDT products and good connections especially to car manufacturers, suppliers and other companies with volume production would be an asset. It is also advantageous that you are skilful in implementing automated systems in series production.
