Are you a NDT Technician looking for a job in Illinois? I have an industry leading client that is looking for 4 NDT Test Techs for shift work in Peoria.

My client is seeking 4 NDT technicians to be part of a team that provides UT support to the steel fabrications assembly group. The team performs in stream process audits to validate cast and fabricated structures per weld engineering and manufacturing specifications. Magnetic particle (wet/dry) and liquid penetrate inspection occasionally required. The technician would be based from the local Metallurgical Testing Laboratory.
Candidates must possess the following to be considered for this position:
Individuals must possess ANST –Level II certification and 1-2 years experience with UT inspection of welded structures. Group is seeking person with good communication skills and ability to support a high velocity-manufacturing department. Computer skills including MSWord and Excel required. Technician must also possess a high school degree; associates preferred. Exposure to metallurgy or materials science concepts and ISO 9001/17025 preferred. Applicants having experience with Krautkramer USN 52-series UT units a plus! Individual must be willing to work off-shifts as required to cover absences.
