I am not sure if there is an Ultrasonic procedure to verify aluminum
"quenching". If by that you mean material hardness and/or proper heat
treatment of the aluminum, the method that I am familiar with is using Low
Frequency Eddy Current...60hz to find the proper material conductivity.
This can be translated from material charts from the manufacturer of the
aluminum. As I work in the Aerospace field on aircraft we use the Low
Frequency Eddy Current method to find if proper heat treatment has been
reached. And using the Aircraft manufacturer's spec's we determine it this
way. I apologize if this was off the subject by this is the method that I
