acoutic measurements in high pressure gases

Hello;
My company is looking at thel use of ulta-sound to measure the properties of gases (carbon dioxide for example) at conditions of approx 10000 psi and 175 C. The initial application is labratory scale involving a cylindrical test vessel approx. 50 cm L and 3 cm ID.
In some cases a second (liquid) phase will be present.
Have any of you tried anything similiar?
