Registration & information

EWSHM2016 service desks are located in room D3, at the floor -1.

Opening hours
Monday 4th: 17:00h to 19:00h, Tuesday to Thursday from 8:00h to 16:30h. Friday only until noon.

Will remain available at the registration desk until the end of the conference. Full Registration includes a name badge, lunches, the conference program and a USB stick of the conference proceedings. Day-pass is available on-site (100 Euros/day), valid only to access the Exhibition and Conference rooms, for the indicated day. Day-pass does not include lunches, documentation, or any other service.

Food allergies
If you have any questions about the food served at the conference, please contact the staff at the buffet tables, they will be able to advise you regarding the food and any particular requirements you may have.

Lunch and coffee breaks
From Tuesday to Friday, coffee and refreshments will be served in the Hall, in the morning at 10:00h ( 10:30h on Wednesday, Thursday) and in the afternoon at 16:00h. From Tuesday to Thursday, lunch will be served in the Restaurant at level +1. The bar-coded badge is required to access the Restaurant.

Free wireless internet service is available throughout the entire venue.
