A google search would reveal companies and articles dealing with this.
The NDT site also has information on this.
If you have a specific question related to this let me know

There are a lot of shearography articles in the NDT.net Database. A search in keywords finds 51 articles very specific on shearography and a broader search in full-text finds 121 articles.

Please specify your needs.
As said by others a simple search here on NDT.Net or in the internet will give you a huge amount of information. So it makes no sense just to comment this here globally.
If you need literature, take the Booksearch in Google.
The first, you get there is "Digital shearography: theory and application of digital Speckle ..."
from Professsor Steinchen
(http://books.google.de/books?id=qDSYT0GnM20C&printsec=frontcover&dq=shearography&hl=de&ei=nwsmTfGzJMigOrjRhdoC&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CC4Q6AEwAA)
Up to page 55 you can read it completely there and decide if it is worth to buy
