anybody tell me which of them is more applicable now and future?

Dear Mehdi,
It depends on the inspected products.
There are surface methods (MT, PT, ET, VT) and volumertic methods (UT and RT).
Each method has it advantages and disadvantages. It is often necessary to use a surface and a volumetric method to complete a 100% inspection.

Go for long range ultrasonic testing(LRUT)

Of course the main stream like Phased Array and TOFD have a future. As Julius mentioned
LRUT (Guided Waves) is coming up. LRUT is unique and is not so easy to apply. Not many ready to use systems are in the market available. Olympus launched recently a system for this method http://www.ndt.net/search/docs.php3?id=14558&content=1
