Omniscan air intake fan troubleshooting.

The air intake fan for the omniscan mx is supposed to run all the time when it's on, or it has a temperature sensor that switches it on and off?

I need to check this before sending it back to olympus for maintenance.

If anyone could please give an insight on this matter, it would be most helpfull.

The fan is linked to a temp sensor so it will start at approx. 50C and shut off if it cools below the approximate temperature. If you have more questions feel free to join the OmniScan User Group: https://www.linkedin.com/groups?home=&gid=4877375&trk=groups_item_detail-h-logo&goback=.gmr_4877375
