Dear sir....
Please any one can tell me. how to beam forming in PAUT.
For Ex..SA2-N55S
N- only 55deg natural angle.
then also we can form 45deg to 70deg.

Sandip, there is a VERY large selection of papers, animations, explanations and images describing PAUT beamforming on the internet. You only have to take the time to do the search. Try entering a Google search for "ultrasonic phased array beamforming ". Alternatively use the search tool here on NDT.net and enter Ginzel photoelastic...the last 6 papers (14-20) of the video series deal with PAUT fundamentals.

With that wedge you can develop a set of focal laws to produce the beams you suggest from 45 to 70 at 1 degree or even .1 degree increments.

You could even produce sounds beams from 0 degree to 89 degrees if you want, but highly unfeasible.

Basically the sound beams are formed, steered and focused within the software and electronically.
