yes revision 4 there are several changes....
New...also annual maintenance....
reduction by 50% UT OJT hours for Level I and Level ....etc....but not only for UT...see Table
Changes in the Table for vison acuity
Also table with the points credit for Level III....table for training hours ,,,by exemple for PT

Since the new revision NAS 410 rev.4 , it became very clear its not equivalent anymore to EN4179, so how much this changes between new NAS 410 and EN 4179 affects new or old qualification and certification?
