9% nickel steel plate thick up to 50mm. we have to do, but. which ideal probe and wedge suitable for to carrying this job.

I believe there is no such probe for 9Ni. The selection of probe/wedge will depend on the thickness, bevel shape, weld filler material (probably a high nickel %) , etc ...
In some cases a linear PA probe (16 or 32 elements) may do the job, in other cases you'll need a TRLPA probe.
Depending if you need to qualify (f.e. API620) an important thickness range (f.e. 10 to 50 mm) you may need a bunch of probes to cover all thicknesses and/or bevel shapes.
