Measuring/reproducing reflectors of Calibration blocks with silicone.

Hi guys,
I was wondering is someone can point out some references (manufacturer) to paste/compound/silicone to put inside the holes (FBH, notches) of a calibration in order to replicate the shape and to measure the dimensions with a certain tolerance.

Thanks in advance.

manufacturers of equipment for metallographic replicas handling products with characteristics 'non-stick' and 'elasticity' required for these operations and great ability to reproduce the details.
Key for success of the copies is to adapt a syringe output of the tube in which there is a bi-component. Those who use it say that the success of the operation, the syringe should enter into the holes until the bottom and begin to deposit the product from the bottom of the hole, going slowly until the exit. For example a syringe 0.5 for a 0.8 FBH. Once outside, leave a deposit product overflowing: this last part, once solidified, will extract by pulling with it the inside part, which it is attached; at the same time it will be a reference of the external surface.
Surely you have to do a little practice and it takes patience to understand the behavior of a particular product based on the size of the replica, depth, etc.
