Complex Welding Joint

Kindly instruct me how to successfully carry out Conventional Ultrasonic Testing of this weld joint. The thickness of the components is 75mm (ASTM-A-517 Gr. F plate).

Hi Rigzang

I advise you to read ASME V, Art 4.
Careful with cracks, specially transverse!. It is a good option that the weld cap is ground flat to examine from weld surface, and to detect the crack transverse to the weld seam

for proper addressing from the forum should indicate the joint geometric configuration and accessible scans ?
You do not have a reference standard?
What are you implying by the term "complex"?
