Level III UT and PA

Anyone have some information on an UT Level III being able to certify a Phase Array Level II or doing Phase Array, any info on that... thanks

If the company written practice to SNT-TC-1A describes the training, experience and qualification process for such certification then my opinion is that a company Level III can certify a technician to PA Level II. For clarification see ASME V (2015) Article 4 Appendices VII and VIII for its requirements for PA personnel certification.
