PT Demonstration - reg

Dear Friends,

When performing Liquid Penetrant Examination demonstration, is it required to establish the maximum drying time after Surface Preparation (precleaning before penetrant application)?

If I fixed minimum drying time required after Surface preparation as 1 minute, is it required to repeat a demo for maximum drying time after surface preparation?

Yes you have to establish Minimum & Maximum drying time , Eg You wish to demonstrate Minimum one minute to Maximum 10 minute , Demonstrate one Minute drying time & 10 Minute drying time , It will cover 1 minute to 10 minutes drying time.
