Inspectors Skills/Qualifications:
• An engineering degree preferably in Petroleum Engineering/Corrosion Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Metallurgy with a minimum 8-10 Years of experience.

• Well-organized, highly skilled, with in-depth knowledge and experience on the following technical domains/product categories:
o OCTG Casing & Tubing’s
o Down-hole Completion Equipment
o Wellhead & X-mas tree equipment
o Drilling Accessories (Reamer shoe, Stabilizer, Centralizer, Float equipment etc.), BHA accessories & Drill pipe subs.

• Conversant with API standards applicable for all types of Drilling product categories.: API 5CT/6A/11D1/14L/14A/10F/5DP/19G1/API RP 7G-2/API 17D/API 16A & NACE MR 0175 and applicable and ASME codes.
• Knowledge of NDT methods and experience in reviewing NDT Reports, corrosion inspection, defect assessment technique (“fitness for service” assessment techniques)
Note : for specific coating inspection requirement, the nominated Inspector to be NACE level 2 or BGAS qualified, minimum.

• Good command of English language and technical reporting writing skills.

Concerned Items to be inspected:
• OCTG Casing & Tubing’s of various grades (API 5CT)
• Wellhead & X-mas tree equipment (API 6A)
• Down-hole Completion Equipment (API 11D1, API 14A/14L/19G1 etc.)
• Drilling Accessories, Reamer shoes, Float equipment, BHA Accessories etc.
