You have to choose "xxx (using PA connector)"

Also, since I can't copy it, see Page 251 (8.3.3) on the Omniscan User manual.

Hi Matthias.

The problem is that I tried with PA connector, but don't get signal. Just tried to change the module from PA to convention, it works.

So looks like the ToFD connector is not working.

Thanka

Andrej,
Have you created Tofd by PAUT channels in wizard? As I see the UT connection on the adaptor , you should set Tofd channel 63 from PAUT connection as pulser and 128 as reciver.these channel must be free on PAUT scan and is not included of your fcol laws(elements 63 and 128 must not used on PAUT scans).
Also change the connection (64 and 127)and upload another photos from your setup if the problem is not resolved.

Hi Ali,

Tried to use 63 /123, 64/124 . nothing helps.
But also question why UT connector on module is locked?

Is the software fully activated on module including Tofd inspection? If yes,is better to contact Olympus NDT.

ISAFE3 Intrinsically Safe Sensor System

ISAFE3 intrinsically safe sensor system of Vallen Systeme is especially targeted at the petrochemica
...
l - as well as oil and gas transportation industry. The sensor system is designed for permanent monitoring or periodic inspection tasks. Sensors are available for different AE-frequency ranges optimized for corrosion and fatigue crack detection and other applications. The ISAFE 3 sensor system consists of an AE-sensor (model ISAS3) certified according to ATEX/IEC for installation in zone 0, gas group IIC, IP68, 20 to +60 °C, and a signal isolator (model SISO3) certified for installation in zone 2. An ISAS3 sensor can be mounted in atmosphere or submerged, e.g. in water or crude oil. It is supported by mounting tools for temporary (magnets) or permanent (welded) installation. ISAFE3 supports automatic sensor coupling test and can be used with any AE signal processor supporting 28V supply at 90 mA peak, e.g. Vallen Systeme ASIP-2/A.
