Is 2375 for UT designed to replace 2154?

Is 2375 for UT designed to replace 2154? The step Down UT Standards required for Bar Stock drives cost up for inspecting them. Any other interpetrations that I am missing?

The short answer is, yes, it is the document intended by ASTM to replace 2154.
