Acoustical Holography

I'm looking for companies or institutions who are using the
acoustical holography method as an inspection technique. Anybody
familiar with who is involved in this field?

Thankfully,

We are using acoustical holography in our devices.
The first such device is our fingerprint reader, that is probably the only working ultrasonic holographic camera of this kind (see please the following paper: http://www.optel.com.pl/article/english/article.htm).
Today we are working on the device, that should allow the visualisation of 3D objects. The results are very good with biological objects, but it is also possible to use this technique in NDT.
If you are interested in this topic - I can send you more information about it.

Re: Acoustical Holography
We are using SAFT (Synthetic Aperture Focusing Technique) for ultrasonic inspection of mainly concrete.
SAFT is equivalent to broadband acoustical holography.

Immersion systems

ScanMaster ultrasonic immersion systems are designed for high throughput, multi shift operation in a
...
n industrial or lab environment. These fully integrated systems provide various scanning configurations and incorporate conventional and phased arrays technologies to support diverse applications, such as inspection of disks, bars, shafts, billets and plates. All of ScanMaster immersion systems are built from high accuracy scanning frames allowing for scanning of complex parts and include a multi-channel ultrasonic instrument with exceptional performance. The systems are approved by all major manufacturers for C-scan inspection of jet engine forged discs. Together with a comprehensive set of software modules these flexible series of systems provide the customer with the best price performance solutions.
