We are headquartered in Troy, MI and have locations nationwide including Western Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Oregon, Virginia, and Alabama. The Company generates over $40 million in revenue. Due to rapid growth, we have the following Non Destructive Testing positions available at the following laboratory locations:
Greenville, South Carolina
UT Level 1 or 2 (prefer contact method will consider immersion)
RT Level 2 (PT is a plus) (need documented exp & certifiable to NAS 410 )
Greenwood, South Carolina
Kaiser Aluminum Facility -
PT Level 2 (prefer forging exp, high paced production inspecting control arms)
RT Level 2 (Experience reading industrial gas turbine investment cast blades and vanes and/or titanium and nickel base aircraft structural investment castings.)
In-house laboratory, general industry experienced technicians certifiable to NAS 410
Level 2-MT, PT, or UT (cross trained in 2 or more is a plus)
MT&PT Level 2 Inspectors certifiable in one or both. (Must be certifiable to NAS 410, other aircraft standards i.e. IAW, NDTQ, EMS 52349, BSS 7698) Experience using wet fluorescent technique Mag particle and water washable/post emulsifiable penetrant methods)

SONOAIR - air-coupled Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection System
For highly attenuating materials, the performance of the system is critical. The ultrasonic sensors,
the scanning area and the system settings should be flexibly adapted to the test task and the material.
These high expectations are met with the new and modular testing system SONOAIR. With the world’s first air-coupled phased-array UT inspection system SONOAIR we developed a technology that works with up to 4 transmitter and receiver channels with freely configurable square wave burst transmitters as wells as low noise receiving amplifiers.
