Low Frequency UT Pulser/Receiver Board

Does anyone know of a low frequency (100 kHz to 500 kHz) ultrasonic pulser/receiver PC plug-in board on the market?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Try Physical Acoustics Princeton New Jersey www.pacndt.com. They had a PAC-IPR-90 Boards which went down to 100 Khz.

Dear Chris,
our pulser/receiver PC-board HILL-SCAN 3041 with a frequency range from <1 kHz to 10 MHz (-3 dB) is optimized for low frequency applications. Please find a description on our hompage www.Dr-Hillger.de.
For low frequency ultrasonic testing, a rectangular or burst transmitter provides about 12 dB higher amplitudes than a common spike pulser. Such a transmitter on a PC-board is our HILL-SCAN 3100.

We at QMI can offer you a PCI card for ultrasonic testing in the frequency range of 30kHz to 1 MHz. The card is mounted in a metal case for shielding purposes and is used for multichannel systems. QMI recently installed an air-coupled ultrasonic scanning system using 8 of these cards. This system was presented at the WCNDT in Rome as paper idn209. See ndt.net.
