Non-Destructive Testing Specialist (m/f) Rotating Equipment

Contribute your expertise in Nondestructive Testing (NDT) to our field service organization within the Power Service Sector, based in Baden Switzerland (AG).

Your Tasks: Perform NDT using ultrasonic and eddy current testing tools in the lab as well as at out customers’ sites worldwide. Interpret, document, and report test results. Assist in the preparation of the quality documentation and the calibration of tools. Provide feedback to engineering to improve NDT tools and methods.

Your profile: Good knowledge of turbine blade and coating material technology as well as in the area of materials investigation and testing. Ideally, knowledge in the field of high temperature materials. NDT level II or III certification in ultrasonic and eddy current testing or to be keen to learn these techniques. Experience in the development of ultrasonic and electromagnetic sensors systems of advantage. Field service experience would be an asset. Good command ofEnglish and basic German skills. Efficient working style. Communicative team player with the ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure. Willingness to travel extensively.
