NBIC VS ASNT Level III

In todays economy which certification would be most beneficial to obtain if you had to choose one ? the NBIC "A" Inspector or the ASNT Level III certification.

I meant ASNT level III for the following:

1- RT
2- UT
3- PT
4- MT
5- VT
