1MHz ultrasound transfer and receiver circuit

Hi,friends,
I am a student.
Now I want to design a 1MHz ultrasound transfer and receiver circuit.Although I understand the ultrasound transfer and reveiver theory, but I can not design the circuit schematic diagram.Who can help me?Who can provide the schematic diagram or advice?
Thanks very much!
xinyunwanli.

Dear xinyuanwanli,

you can find plenty of simple ultrasonic circuits or internet. For example, Aimar web site:http://www.airmartechnology.com/uploads/AirPDF/T1%20Schematic%20Rev%2001.pdf
Also choose some or their application notes: I find them quite extensive and usefull.
Ultrasonic transducers manufacturers data sheets:

In some cases even complete excitation-reception circuits are available:
Simple:

Or professional:

Some links to theory you can find in my publications:

Dear Linas,
Thanks for your help very much. You have given me much inspiration and advice.
I am designing the circuit.Maybe a few days later,I will finish it.
The circuit will be applied to fetal,so I must consider carefully about alrasound power and voltage.
This time is my first time to design ultrasound circuit.I have no experience about it!
Hope you give me some advice about the circuit!
Thanks very much!
xinyuanwanli.

Hi,friends,
I am analysising analog circuit.Who can help me explan the following circuit's fuction?I feel that the following circuit can produce some wave, but I can not be sure.If it can produce some wave, could you tell me which wave it is?Or what circuit may the circuit be?
Thanks!
xinyuanwanli.

I forget to say that the C and L in the circuit maybe not pricise. In my opinion, the circuit can produce square wave or sine wave.Hope someone can help me !
