Spiral coil in EMATs

Hello,

I am doing a research in my university. At a mean time I need to do simulation of 3D spiral coil in an EMAT system. Could you please provide me the typical dimensions of common Spiral coils that are used in an EMAT system?

Best Thanks,

Please refer to Innerspec Technologies for all your emat needs. You can download our product/probe catalog which can provide you answers to most of your questions. Feel free to contact us for any further questions.

Size of spiral depends upon your application. For deeper penetration you may need a larger coil (maybe 0.75 to 1.0" diameter), for other applications a smaller coil would also work equally good.
