NDT: SA 578- LEVEL B & C

Dear,
Can any one tell UT as per ASTM-578 which acceptance criteria is more straingent either LEVEL B or LEVEL C?

Level C is more stringent compared to level B.As per level C,more than 1" continous total loss of back wall reflection plates are rejected.

Plates acctedpted by Level C can be certified as Level B?
