Have you some information about the eventuality update of the ASTM1444 which regular the megnetic particle ispection?..

Hi Aldo,
I assume here you are referring to the UV light intensity values amongst other things.
Section 5.7.2 defines minimum 1000 microwatts per square Cm, and section 7.3.5 defines 1000 MILLIWATS per square Cm.
Even the 1000 microwatts falls short of many other specifications.
Some years ago I made ASTM aware of the error in section 7.3.5
