NDE procedure database

Hello,

I seek a database with which to maintain procedures. The base level of function I am looking for is a database which would allow searches based upon keywords, procedure numbers, industry segment, test method etc.. Ideally this database would also have the ability to link the return results to an actual document. I am interested in purchasing a database program which could accomplish these things rather than doing it myself or subbing one out. If anyone knows of such a resource please post or email.

Thanks in advance,

Tom
