I'm looking for the information about reflections of (ultra)sound waves from soft (e.g. human body or soft polymers), respectively hard (e.g. wood) materials. In particular:
1. Differences in the changes of the wave attenuation and/or velocity upon reflection from hard material compared to the reflection from the soft material.
2. Is there a material dependent wavelength intervall where these differences are particularly large?
3. Where to find theoretical description of these changes?
4. Where to find material constants enabling to evaluate these changes?
