the sound path in solid with temperature graident

According to Snell's law, the sound wave will refract if it incidents (not perpendicularly) onto a interface of different material with different sound velocity. And normally the sound velocity of the solid is dependent on the temperature. so, the sound path is not a line but a curve when the ultrasonic wave enter (not perpendicularly) into the solid with temperature gradient. is this conclusion right? where can I find the detailed data about sound velocity dependent on temperature for metals, such as aluminum and steel?
