UT meter advice wanted

I am looking for a portable field UT meter that has the following features:

100% of A-Scan graphs stored with B-Scan data
A minimum of 2,000 readings per file
A minimum of 100V pulser
Compatible with the Scantech Hand scanner’s quadrature encoder (adapter is fine)
Software for post processing including:
Simultaneous A & B-Scan viewing
Gate changes
B-Scan Profile graphs (a pictorial representation of the steel thickness)
Sunlight readable screen
Non touch-screen controls
VGA output
12 point text font or larger
(An ADC Pulser-laptop interface instead of a meter is acceptable)

Price >$7,000 USD (used is fine)

B-Scan Waterfall graphs (a pictorial representation of multiple waveforms during a B-Scan)

Don't worry about the price.

Is there a meter or Pulser/Receiver which will do what I want?

Thank you for looking.

What am I wanting that is not available?

Most of the features of the software are what I am using now. However, the meter is very difficult to use due to the small touch-screen and tiny fonts. It is also prone to failure.

Any Ideas would be appreciated.
