the design for PAUT demonstrated block according to ASME

hi, does anyone know which item stipulates how to design the demonstrated block according to ASME specification? I look through ASME article V and VIII, but I can't find it.
except the same or similar material, thickness and surface condition between demonstrated block and component to be inspected, is there any other requirement for designing the demonstrated block, especially for the location of the reflector, the length and depth of the reflector.
thanks

Hi Langtuteng,

Take a look at ASME Code Case 2235 if you intend to use PA in Lieu of RT, at first page you can find some recommendations of verification block.
