need of display delay in minus side. (-50 to 20,000)

Dears,
What is the application that needs a delay in the minus side, like -50 to 30,000.

would it be enough starting from 0?

sometimes it is necessary to ensure that the PRF rate is not too high in order to prevent the phantoms, the negative display delay delay is a good tool for the same
