in order to be certified as a Level 2 . An individual would need to be trained and work under a certified Level 2 for defined hours before they can be certified.

Given emerging technology such as FMC/TFM where standards are now being written. There're are no certified Level 2 in the method or individual with the requite hours (320 ASME). How in your experience does a company introduce this into their portfolio, when the technology is now introduced.
