PCN vs ISO 9712 certification scheme details

Dear Experts,

Greetings of the day!
This is R V Singh from India.
I am ASNT NDT Level III certified engineer and I had worked in NDT field for quite some time. Now, I want to get certified as NDT Level-III based on ISO 9712 or PCN (which is obviously based on ISO 9712 itself) standard. But while doing my research I came across certain inexplicable findings and therefore writing here to get expert opinions please:

1) As per current market trends (in Middle East/South East Asia) between candidates holding PCN certifications and those who hold ISO 9712 certifications, who is seen as more authentic, respectable and can hope to receives better future prospects?

2) Why the cost of doing PCN certification is much more higher than doing a ISO 9712 certification? (Initially I will be looking for certifications in UT, PAUT and ToFD)

3) Can any of you please suggest me some genuine and properly accredited training and certification institutes here in India or in nearby countries?

4) Any other suggestions that can help me with deciding what scheme of certification I should choose and which institute is also very much welcome.

Thank you very much for your time and kind attention.
Regards,
Ranvijay

If you possess a good knowledge, ISO9712 (PCN/CSWIP/CGSP/any ISO 9712) from any CB is acceptable.

Britishers always has a tendency to loot money. Indian ATO/AQB's act as a collection agent and handover a good money to Brits. Meanwhile Indians also loot money on this exercise

which method you intend to attend? specify that sothat I will suggest a best option
4) Any other suggestions that can help me with deciding what scheme of certification I should choose and which institute is also very much welcome.
which one is cheap and in compliance with ISO 9712 prefer that and to your certification.

All ISO 9712 has a worldwide acceptability.

nresolved asset integrity problem in the industry. Current methods for measuring wall thickness with liftoff, without removing insulation, all have severe limitations. Eddyfi introduces Lyft — a reinvented, high-performance pulsed eddy current (PEC) solution. The patent- pending system features a state-of-the-art portable instrument, real- time C-scan imaging, fast data acquisition with grid-mapping and dynamic scanning modes, and flexibility with long cables. It can also scan through thick metal and insulation, as well as aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel weather jackets. Who else but Eddyfi to reinvent an eddy current technique and redefine CUI programs. Got Lyft?
