urgent help required regarding Signal Acquisition problem in MS5800 ET equipment

Hello everyone!

We are using MS-5800 ET equipment for last 10 years but facing this problem for the first time. When we start data acquisition, it doesn't display the real signal rather a continuous straight line is appearing on strip chart. Moreover, there is no change on lissajous window. We have tried with different probes but the same issue sustains. Also, for RFT the same thing happen. One more thing, all the LEDs are working properly except VDC. Kindly guide what can be the reason/s and also suggest some solution. Waiting for your replies.
Thank you.

Once reinstall the multiview software and try again. Otherwise check the continuity of the probe using multi meter. Straight lines are coming due to the discontinuity in probe connectors.

Thanks and regards

I have already tried both of options suggested by you. Also, tried with different ET probes but the problem sustains. :(

When you open the multiview software, is it showing green signal? Or it's showing yellow? If it's not showing, try to troubleshoot the boot manager.

It is showing green light. I think it is ok with boot configuration.

Despite having managed to halve the weight of similar portable X-Ray generators available on the market (while continuing to provide the same power output), the SITEX CPSERIES generators feature a shutter, a laser pointer, a beryllium window, an aluminum filter and two integrated diaphragms (customized sizes are available upon request). Without compromising the robustness and reliability for which ICM products are renowned, the small size and light weight of the SITEX CPSERIES will radically change the way that you perform your RT inspections. And you will see a positive impact in terms of both quality and return on investment (ROI).
